- Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
- Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Tamara Kiechle, Sankt-Mang-Straße 42, A 6600 Lechaschau.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
- Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. You can view the terms and conditions at any time here on this page.
- Terms of delivery
For deliveries within Austria and Germany we charge shipping costs of 4,30 € per order (up to 2kg). For deliveries within the EU we charge shipping costs of 13,99 € (up to 2kg) per order.
- Payment
In our store you can use the following payment methods:
- PayPal
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

- Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
- Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please claim such defects as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
- Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers have the option to use this platform to resolve their disputes. To resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the general consumer arbitration board of the association “Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte” (arbitration for consumer transactions)

9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.
9.2 More detailed information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the Seller’s cancellation policy.
9.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
10. Health
We expressly point out that the effect of the stones has not yet been scientifically proven or medically recognized. All statements made on the website “www.talasounds.com” do not represent instructions for therapy or diagnosis in the medical sense. The information is based exclusively on experience reports and literature references. The use of gemstones replace neither the visit to the doctor nor to the alternative practitioner!
